Op woensdag 2 juli waren John en Tim te gast op het event ‘Golf & Zakenvrienden’.
Ze gaven er een uiteenzetting over Ecoworks. ‘Golf en Zakenvrienden’ is een wekelijkse ‘network’-gebeuren op de Brabantse Golf te Melsbroek waar een aantal zakenmannen gezellig samen tafelen met telkens één gastspreker die zijn/haar onderneming voortelt. Onze sprekers sluiten zo aan bij een indrukwekkend lijstje waar ondermeer namen als Tony Mary (voormalig gedelegeerd bestuuder van de VRT) en Alexander Wulf (CEO van NUON) prijken.
Het Ecoworks verhaal werd door de aanwezige CEO’s met veel enthousiasme onthaald. Onze jonge ondernemers kregen na hun uiteenzetting nog talrijke tips en raadgevingen mee van hun ervaren publiek. Een leuk ervaring waarvan we er in de toekomst zeker meerdere willen doen!
Just this week we‘ve been testdriving the new Toyota Prius around…what a lovely car! Just different from anything else you’ve ever driven. Some great engineering! It’s an amazing feeling cruising around threw town consuming just about nothing, getting out the car feeling happy and relaxed! The car made me think about the book from Michael Braungart, Cradle2Cradle…in stead of being less bad…being better…This car is better then the others! Im really looking forward to see what Toyota is up to with their 2009 version. But what a dillemma…should we wait buying one untill then or should we just go for it and grab hold to the one out front right now…tuff decisions!
Moest je het nog niet weten…Ello Mobile is DE gsmprovider in België. Hun reden tot bestaan is zoveel mogelijk winst te maken door zoveel mogelijk mensen te overtuigen van hun netwerk gebruik te maken, zodat zij op hun beurt zoveel mogelijk winst kunnen schenken aan de projecten waarmee ze samenwerken. Dit allemaal onder het nauwlettende oog van de Koning Boudewijn Stichting. Kortom, wij vinden dat er geen andere keuze mogelijk is. Je moet gewoon met Ello Mobile bellen.

You have to check this out! This is how our world you should be built from now on. It’s just crazy that it isn’t and that this project is an exception. We really need to stop using old techniques when new ones are available. If we would all start living as shown in this movie the world would be such a bigger and better place to live… Check this and spread the word.
